Master of Meats, Wilhelm Zabern, a distinguished Master Fleischermeister from Austria has called New Zealand home for the past three decades. Departing from conventional pork offerings usually associated with cured meats, Zaora products exclusively feature 100% grass-fed free-range New Zealand beef, lamb, and venison.

Staunchly opposed the use of artificial elements, Zaora meat is free from any artificial chemical ingredients, colouring, flavours, or preservatives. Notably, they steer clear of sodium nitrates or sodium nitrites, and all their products are gluten and soy-free.
